Simon's career experience spans 15 years working for UBS in Hong Kong from the late 1990s. He moved to Goldman Sachs in NYC in 2013 and was co-head of International Equities. He returned to New Zealand to build a team and manage a large US Defined Benefit Pension Fund for Graeme Hart's Rank Group US assets. More recently he has been working with Wealth Managers and Alternative Asset classes.
Simon holds a BCom (Econ & ComLaw) from the University of Auckland. He is a past member of the New Zealand Stock Exchange, has held Type 1 and Type 2 licences in Hong Kong, and in the US held FINRA licences Series 7, 9, 10 and 63.

Co-Founder
Charles has over 30 years' experience in finance and investment. Prior to founding CAPNZ, Charles spent 17 years in global financial markets. From 1997 to 2006 he was based in New York at Credit Suisse, BT Alex Brown and CLSA Asia Pacific Markets. He also spent a year in Hong Kong at CLSA. From 1989 to 1997 Charles was at Jarden/CSFB in Wellington, New Zealand.
This experience allowed him to develop a broad network of HNW/Family Office, Fund and Institutional relationships across USA, Europe, Asia, Australasia and New Zealand.
Charles holds a BCom (Econ) and became an individual member of the New Zealand Stock Exchange in 1995. He also gained various NASD qualifications for the USA markets.
